Shipping policy

Please allow 48 hours for your payment to be processed. Processing time is subject to change due to any unforeseen circumstances.

Please note, once you've submitted the verification form, Herr Wigs will not be able to modify or cancel any orders. Please make sure you've entered all your information correctly including building and apartment numbers if necessary, prior to submitting the verification form. Herr Wigs will not be held liable for any order delays due to incorrect shipping and billing addresses.

A shipping confirmation email will be sent as soon as your unit has left our facility. Please keep in mind once packages are received by shipping couriers, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of them. If there are any shipping delays or any problems once your items have been shipped, please contact shipping couriers.


We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please be sure to considered business days when calculating shipping times. 14-21 business days to process custom wigs.
