Due to sanitary reasons ALL wigs/units and hair are FINAL SALE.

We at Herr Wigs strives to provide our customers with outstanding customer service. If there are any manufacturing errors on our behalf, we will be happy to accept exchanges on hair in its original state within 3 days of receiving your order for exchange or store credit only. Please note, we have the right to decline items if they have been tampered with or sent back past 3 day return period.
